wonderful service!

convenient transport helpful staff

the hotel location was amazing. we had really good access to the best places for food and all the markets plus convenient transport. the staff were awesome. ugur always helped us with directions. i was very happy here!

the rooms felt really small, so did the elevators. the hotel wanted to charge an additional $30 usd a day per person for breakfast. they became unhelpful and quite rude when i asked about this. this was disappointing.

The concierge service was really helpful, especially maya. she provided active support for all the guests and ensured everyone felt welcome. the front desk staff were well trained. They handled all requests promptly.

The staff seemed very friendly there. the location had easy access to public transport, what i needed. i did like the smart tv available. I used streaming services.

the room i had featured a garbage view, it was gross. the description said pool view, it lied. the bed was broken and the carpet had stains.

The porter assisted with luggage upon arrival and departure and the front desk operates 24 hours a day. My room was spacious and soundproof. I found the shower provided good water pressure and temperature meeting my needs after long days.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high compared to nearby shops.

The staff were very helpful. They provided excellent service. i especially appreciated the late check-out option. the location near the metro station was also beneficial for getting around the area (it really helped with my itinerary).

The room i had was quite small. I think more space would be beneficial.
