early check-in excellent location small room small elevators

the staff checked us in early, which i appreciated after our overnight flight. we were able to rest before our day even began. special thanks to the staff for being very accommodating!!! the location was also excellent. it was easy to reach nice places to eat, markets, and transport nodes.

the rooms felt a bit small, and the elevators were similarly sized. i thought the rooms and elevators were claustrophobic, they were so small.

wonderful service!

convenient transport helpful staff

the hotel location was amazing. we had really good access to the best places for food and all the markets plus convenient transport. the staff were awesome. ugur always helped us with directions. i was very happy here!

the rooms felt really small, so did the elevators. the hotel wanted to charge an additional $30 usd a day per person for breakfast. they became unhelpful and quite rude when i asked about this. this was disappointing.

the room i had featured a garbage view, it was gross. the description said pool view, it lied. the bed was broken and the carpet had stains.

Really good Experience Close to the Bazaar

The porter assisted with luggage upon arrival and departure and the front desk operates 24 hours a day. My room was spacious and soundproof. I found the shower provided good water pressure and temperature meeting my needs after long days.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high compared to nearby shops.

The staff were very helpful. They provided excellent service. i especially appreciated the late check-out option. the location near the metro station was also beneficial for getting around the area (it really helped with my itinerary).

The room i had was quite small. I think more space would be beneficial.

the beautiful king room offered a comfortable bed and a balcony, offering views of the city. there were ample amenities including a mini-fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a television with multiple channels. the bathroom had a rainfall shower and complimentary toiletries.
