the hotel location was amazing. we had really good access to the best places for food and all the markets plus convenient transport. the staff were awesome. ugur always helped us with directions. i was very happy here!

the hotel wanted to charge an additional $30 usd a day per person for breakfast. they became unhelpful and quite rude when i asked about this. this was disappointing.

The porter assisted with luggage upon arrival and departure and the front desk operates 24 hours a day. My room was spacious and soundproof. I found the shower provided good water pressure and temperature meeting my needs after long days.

The minibar prices seemed a bit high compared to nearby shops.

The staff were very helpful. They provided excellent service. i especially appreciated the late check-out option. the location near the metro station was also beneficial for getting around the area (it really helped with my itinerary).

The room i had was quite small. I think more space would be beneficial.
